Compensation: $25-$30/hour
- The above range represents the typical hourly rate for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
Responsibilities:
- You will join an investment team that oversees research & strategy, portfolio implementation and client-facing communications.
- Assist with automation projects using excel VBA and/or python, by working with the team to develop process enhancement tools which will contribute directly to adding to the team’s efficiency
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to support data analysis and reporting.
- Create dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI to deliver insights to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve coding and data processing issues.
- Strong programming skills, particularly in Python or VBA.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI preferred.
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment.
- Previous internship and/or work experience preferred
- Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university, majors in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
