As we continue to scale, Pineda Company is looking for high potential leaders looking to grow with the company to streamline operations across functions by building excellent teams and processes that support the customer journey end to end. The Customer Service Representative ensures the company's processes are followed and organized and provides outstanding customer service to both internal staff and external customers. Majority of this position is conductive over the phone.

Job Duties:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Conducting onboarding into the program and weekly check ins
- Leading Rookie Onboarding Sessions and ensure students complete onboarding process
- Following up with those who need help or haven't completed it
- Engaging with students on Skool
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Calling Students to ensure they got access to the material they need to get their first deal
- Checking their progress in the curriculum, and providing support for real estate knowledge
- Helping students choose a lane in Real Estate
- Helping provide accountability to get the most value of the program
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- 1-2 years of Real Estate experience, required
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite
Pay:
- $48k starting
Salary : $48,000
