What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Golf Professional position at Pinehurst Resort & Country Club?
SUMMARY
The primary purpose of this position is to provide management to all aspects of Golf Operation for Pinehurst Courses.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Assist in supervising the day to day operation of the following areas of Golf Operations; Front Door, Club Storage, Golf Cars, Golf Registration, Locker Room and Starter Rangers.
- Assist in producing employee work schedules.
- Interface with Employees, Members, and Guests on a regular basis.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of the Member and Group Tournaments are executed in a professional manner to meet and exceed the Members and Guest expectations.
- Ensure guest issues and concerns from Members and Guests are promptly handled and followed up with accordingly.
