Position Summary :
The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for managing and coordinating landscaping installation projects from start to finish. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership and project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management : Oversee and manage all aspects of landscaping installation projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution. Coordinate with other team members as needed.
- Team Leadership : Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in the projects. Maintains a positive working relationship with co-workers and managers. Motivates others, creates enthusiasm for team effort. Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills while gaining respect and positively influencing others. Promotes teamwork and positive attitude within the work environment. Open to new ideas, allows and supports employees to progress.
- Quality Control : Ensure that all installations meet design specifications and quality standards. Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly.
