What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Center Program Manager position at PINELAND BH/DD CSB?
Service Center Program Manager position is available for Bulloch Candler Service Center (High Hope), located in Statesboro, Ga.
Under general supervision, performs work of considerable complexity with the objectives of providing comprehensive services or our citizens with disabilities. Responsible for formulating plans, selecting participants, and arranging services for individuals with developmental disabilities and co-occurring disorders. The nature of the service center involves some night and weekend work as well as on-call coverage for emergency situations. Work schedule is varied and flexible for this exempt employee within an assigned work period. Variable working hours may be required.
Qualifications and Skills: Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, sociology, education, nursing, vocational rehabilitation, or other appropriate therapeutic discipline and 2 (two) years of full-time (or equivalent part time) work experience in social service delivery in provision of professional therapeutic services to individuals with disabilities. Preference will be given to applicants who, in addition to meeting the stated qualification, possess one or more of the following: experience supervising other treatment and admin staff, designated Mental Health Professional, or Licensure by the Georgia State Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers, Psychologists, and Marriage and Family Therapists.
