We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with a strong sense of efficiency and self-management skills. This is an opportunity to establish working relationships with our clients, vendors, Sales and Funeral Service teams, while contributing to the overall efficiency of our organization.
The work schedule for this position is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM, but it may be subject to change.
Job Duties:
- Meet with clients to facilitate the acquisition of burial plots, mausoleums, and cremation niches, as well as show them around the available locations and/or the options, based on their needs
- Assist with the processing of sales transactions, as well as inform clients of any relevant rules and regulations
- Coordinate the arrangement of funeral services, and the processing of memorial and floral arrangement orders
- Maintain Pinelawn's order management system updated, as well as ensure orders and contracts are prepared and finalized in a timely manner
Minimum Qualifications:
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent
- Must have valid NYS Driver's License and clean driving record
- Must have solid experience using MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook email and calendar)
- Must possess strong communication, time management and organizational skills
- Prior experience in Sales or Customer Service, using a Client Relationship Management (CRM) or Order Management system is a plus!
