What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Practical Nurse - All Shifts position at Pines Healthcare & Rehabilitation Facilities?
Shift : All Shifts. Every other weekend. 2-4 days per week. Overtime (OT) over 8hrs / day and over 40 hrs / week.
Responsibilities :
- Providing excellent patient care.
- Plans and manages resident care according to each individual's needs.
- Take and monitor vital signs.
- Medication administration.
- Maintain accurate medical records.
- Oversee CNA's.
- Provide treatments and dressing changes as prescribed.
- Paid time off (PTO time) earned based on hours worked.
- No Cost Telehealth available 24 / 7.
- Time and a half for some major holidays.
- 27.60 / hr plus $1.50 shift differential evenings.
- Must possess a valid license and current registration to practice as an LPN in NYS.
