Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain lush tropical gardens and landscaped areas throughout the property
- Trim and prune trees, shrubs, and flowering plants native to the Keys
- Ensure walkways, pools, and common areas are clean and welcoming
- Assist with basic irrigation system maintenance
- Identify and address landscape issues proactively
- Support sustainability initiatives and eco-friendly practices
- Assist with special projects and storm preparation when needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or related field
- Knowledge of tropical plants and Florida Keys ecosystem (preferred)
- Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license
