Dental Front Desk Receptionist – Join Our Team!
We are a private dental practice seeking a friendly, experienced, and dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team! As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for our patients while ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and manage patient inquiries with professionalism.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments and reminders efficiently.
- Accurately update and maintain patient records, including billing and insurance information.
- Process payments, handle billing, and manage insurance claims.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document organization.
- Maintain a well-organized, fully stocked, and professional front desk area.
- Assist dental staff as needed to ensure seamless office operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dental or medical front desk role is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in dental practice management software and Google Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing patient records and billing.
- Understanding of dental insurance processes, claims, and billing is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in dental administration is a plus.
