What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative - Branson position at PINK ADVENTURE TOURS LLC?
This position works in a dynamic tourist environment focused on providing a great experience for our guests in the education and tour booking and preparation process. The Customer Service Representative will take incoming calls and handle walk in guests to sell various Jeep tour options while maintaining a high degree of fun, teamwork, and professionalism. The CSR also helps support the Pink Adventure Store and will assist with some merchandising, ticketing, replenishing stock, etc. CSR's work closely with the Call Center and our Tour Guides to ensure a smooth transition for our guests, and will help in addressing any issues that arise.
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of Customer Service experience; prior reservations or concierge experience preferable
- Effective computer skills and experience required (MS Windows, Word, Excel, Proficient Data-Entry skills)
- Good communication skills, professional and friendly
- Effective time management, prioritization and multi-tasking capabilities
- Detail-oriented
- Work well in a team environment
- Self motivated with good judgment and problem-solving skills
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to perform administrative and data entry tasks for up to an 8 - 10 hour shift.
- Ability to communicate with associates and customers on the phone and in person
- Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation and computer transactions
- Ability to access all areas of the customer service dept., guide area, and parking lot
- Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to perform the job (registers, computers, copier, fax machine, telephone, and calculators)
- Ability to reach overhead, squat, bend, and walk through facility throughout the day
- Ability to stand and sit for up to 10 hours per day
- Ability to move or lift equipment throughout the department generally weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work opening and closing shifts and varied hours and days up to 10 hours per day.
- Ability to use and be around a variety of cleaners in order to provide general cleaning of the office
- Ability to take each tour to familiarize yourself with the product on an occasional basis
