Position Overview :
The Studio Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process for photoshoots, from pre-production to post-production. This role ensures that all photography projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. The Studio Production Manager works closely with creative teams, photographers, stylists, and other cross-functional departments to streamline the production workflow and elevate the brand’s visual assets.
Key Responsibilities :
Pre-Production Planning :
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand the vision and goals of each photoshoot.
- Develop production schedules, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project needs.
- Source and manage external vendors including photographers, stylists, hair / makeup artists etc.
- Coordinate all logistical elements including location scouting, permitting, equipment rental, and transportation.
- Create and manage call sheets, shot lists, and production briefs for the crew.
- Ensure all creative assets (wardrobe, props, etc.) are sourced, prepared, and on-set.
