Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Floor cleaner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning, waxing, buffing floors in a grocery store setting. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere for employees, clients, and visitors.

Duties

• Perform routine floor cleaning.
• Buff floors and conduct floor care to enhance the appearance of surfaces.

Skills

• Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred.
• Proficiency in buffing techniques and floor care practices.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning standards and procedures is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
• Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is beneficial.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
