To keep our fast-paced office running like a well-oiled machine , we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Talent & Culture Specialist to oversee HR functions, scheduling, office business ness and events, and overall operational flow.

About the Role :

The Talent & Culture Specialist will play a crucial role in creating a smooth, efficient, and inspiring workplace . This person will be responsible for HR, employee scheduling, event planning, and office coordination —ensuring that our team stays organized, motivated, and focused on our mission. If you are love organizing and love a fast paced environment with a mindset on building culture, keeping things running seamlessly, and making an impact behind the scenes , this role is for you!

Responsibilities :

HR & Talent Support :

  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent.
  • Maintain employee records, HR policies, and compliance documents.
  • Support team members with HR-related inquiries, benefits, and company policies.

Scheduling & Operations :

  • Manage team schedules, office calendars, and key deadlines to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Coordinate executive schedules, team meetings, and company-wide initiatives.
  • Ensure operational tasks are completed efficiently to support a productive and organized workplace .
  • Events & Culture Building :

  • Plan and execute team-building activities, office celebrations, and company events .
  • Develop creative ways to enhance team culture and employee engagement.
  • Organize wellness programs, training sessions, and recognition initiatives to keep morale high.
  • Office Management :

  • Oversee office logistics, supply management, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure the workplace is a well-functioning, inspiring, and high-energy environment.
  • Identify and implement efficiency improvements to optimize daily operations.

  • To grow in HR, office management, or operations.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, streamline workflows, and enhance productivity .
  • Excellent communication and people skills —you keep things running AND people happy!
  • Passion for creating a strong team culture and a high-performance environment .
  • Proficiency in HR software, scheduling tools, and event planning.
  • Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Plus!) :

    Experience in a fast-growing startup, wellness, or e-commerce environment .

    Background in leadership development, training, or employee engagement.

    Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance .
