Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Onboarding and Trading Specialist at Pinnacle Advisors in Cleveland, OH. The Specialist will be responsible for a variety of key operational functions, including:
- Executing trades and rebalancing portfolios in line with client strategies.
- Opening and managing new accounts while ensuring smooth onboarding for clients.
- Processing withdrawals and deposits, ensuring all transactions are handled accurately and efficiently.
- Providing exceptional client service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction throughout the relationship.
- Coordinating with financial advisors to ensure client portfolios are consistently optimized and aligned with their goals.
- Maintaining strong client relations through effective communication and timely resolution of client needs, creating a seamless client experience.
