What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNA (upto $25/hr) position at Pinnacle Alliances/HEALTH?
Provides basic patient care under the direction of the licensed nurse. Provides high quality care to the following patient populations : Adult, Medical / Surgical / and Geriatric. In addition, will be providing rehabilitative nursing care to patients under the direction of a licensed nurse and in coordination with other health team members for the specialized rehabilitation population. Care of the Rehabilitation Patient with the following diagnoses, including but is not limited to : stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injuries, neurologic disorders, debilitation, amputations and burns. Provides high quality care to the following patient populations : Adults, Adolescent.
