We are seeking a skilled Loan Portfolio Manager to join our team at Pinnacle Bank/Bank of Colorado. As a Loan Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of all types of loan/depository accounts. Your primary goal will be to prospect new customers and cross-sell other banking services.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect new customers and solicit new loans, while maintaining on-going customer contact to ensure good customer relations.
- Perform on-going management of a portfolio of all types of account relationships, including account reviews, problem solving, research, and follow-up to internal account errors.
- Interview loan applicants, gather and evaluate financial and related data to establish credit worthiness, and monitor customers' financial condition.
- Review and approve or deny loan requests to new or existing customers up to a pre-determined limit, and prepare action memos for review by management.
- Monitor loan repayment activities, take necessary action to collect past-due accounts, and participate in civic and community organizations representing the bank.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance, and perform other related duties as assigned by management.
