Description

GENERAL SUMMARY :

This position provides support in the area of Vulnerability Management Services for Pinnacle Support Center and its affiliated banks.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :

• Provides high-level support for vulnerability management across all environments on the Pinnacle network.
• Provides direct day-to-day support of vulnerability management to all employees.
• Tasked with the development, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of vulnerability management tools and processes in the Datacenter and Branches.
• Investigates, recommends, and implements best practices playbooks for remediation, and processes for the vulnerabilities and the servers / workstations they affect.
• Works with the Vulnerability Manager and the Information Security Department to address issues and vulnerabilities related to Pinnacle assets.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Must be able to read computer screens and reports

Hearing : 75-100%

Must be able to communicate with customers

Climbing / Stooping / Kneeling : 25-49%

Lifting / Pulling / Pushing : 50-74%

Fingering / Grasping / Feeling : 75-100%

PHYSICAL DIMENSIONS :

Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or a negotiable amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry or otherwise move objects. Job involves sitting, walking and standing.
