- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permit processes
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits

- We are seeking an experienced and competent Real Estate Construction Project Manager to oversee the renovation of multiple residential properties simultaneously

- This role involves regular travel to Fayette and surrounding counties and the Red River Gorge area.
- Project Planning:
- Develop and manage comprehensive renovation plans for each property, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
- Conduct initial property inspections and assessments to determine project requirements
- Budget Management:
- Create detailed budgets for renovations and ensure all projects remain within financial parameters
- Review, approve, and track expenditures and contractor invoices
- Contractor Management:
- Identify, vet, hire, and oversee subcontractors and vendors to perform renovation tasks
- Maintain strong working relationships with contractors to ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and contracts
- Timeline Management:
- Monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion of all phases of renovation
- Address and resolve delays or issues promptly to minimize impact on project timelines
- Quality Control:
- Ensure all renovation work meets the company’s standards and adheres to local building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify project progress and quality
- Reporting and Communication:
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, budget, and key milestones
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including acquisitions and sales, to align project goals with business objectives
