Position Overview :
We are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of our international retail business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. This role will be integral in providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive strategic decisions and support the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and supply chain, to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and recommend improvements for profitability and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations and coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.
- Support the senior leadership team in strategic financial planning and budgeting for business expansion and market growth.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate new business opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
- Implement and monitor financial controls to safeguard the company's assets and ensure operational efficiency.
