Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient office procedures and enhancing overall productivity.
Schedule would be Monday through Friday : 10am to 2pm with the potential to lead into full time.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure clarity and correctness.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy access to information.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations within the office.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Google (Sheets, Docs, Shared Calendar)
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in customer service or support roles is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
