What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Cleaner position at Pinnacle Cleaning Services?
Title: Janitor
Duties (include but are not limited to):
- Follows cleaning schedule
- Clean glass and mirrors
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors using professional janitorial equipment
- Clean, dust, and disinfect surfaces
- Clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms
- Follow safety regulations
- Empty trash and recycling and replace liners
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Organize the janitor closet and report inventory to the supervisor
- Communicate maintenance concerns to supervisor
Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion
- Ability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods of time
- Must be prompt and professional
- Must have reliable transportation to reach client locations on time
- Previous experience is preferred, but not required
- Must pass a background screening
- Must be able to keep information confidential, as we work with financial and medical industry clients who handle sensitive data
Compensation: Agreed upon hire, depending on experience, starting between $10 - $15 per hour.
Benefits: No benefits or paid time off for part-time employees. Full-time employees are eligible for 6 paid holidays and PTO days, dental insurance, vision insurance, ad nd SIMPLE IRA.
This is a temporary position starting in March 2025 and ending in May 2025
