Job Purpose:
To provide a memorable and seamless golf experience for all members and guests through exceptional service, facility maintenance, and operational efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain and clean golf car fleet, bag storage facilities, and related areas to ensure organization and cleanliness.
- Provide premiere-level customer service by assisting members and guests in all aspects of their golf experience.
- Utilize bag tags and club storage systems to efficiently track and manage equipment.
- Stock and maintain the driving range and practice facility, ensuring a high-quality practice experience.
- Greet and recognize golfers, learning and accommodating their specific preferences and needs.
- Foster a positive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues.
- Assist with bag handling and club cleaning services before and after rounds.
- Ensure golf cars are cleaned, charged, and in proper working condition for member and guest use.
- Monitor and report course maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
- Enforce and uphold club policies and procedures, including dress code and standards of conduct.
- Work in various weather conditions and perform heavy lifting as needed.
- Assist with event and tournament operations, including set-up, execution, and breakdown.
- Support golf shop operations when needed, providing assistance with check-in procedures, tee times, and merchandise handling.
- Continuously improve golf knowledge to provide better service and insight to members and guests.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall golf operation.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $11.00 per hour
