Job Description: As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating appointments for our exterior remodeling services. This position involves building relationships with homeowners, educating them about our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team to provide estimates.
Responsibilities: Conduct direct door-to-door outreach to homeowners in targeted neighborhoods. Introduce the company and generate interest in home remodeling services. Set appointments for sales consultations by communicating the value of our services. Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments scheduled. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to sales appointment. Track and report daily activities, including successful appointments and outcomes.
Qualifications: Previous sales experience preferred. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident in engaging with homeowners. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively. Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment. If you love people and have a shining personality, you will be very happy here!
Compensation: Hourly pay rate of $20 - $30 per hour, depending on experience.
