About the Role
We are seeking a Paid Media and Lead Generation Specialist to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility in Scottsdale, AZ . This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic paid advertising and lead generation initiatives to drive patient growth across our national fertility clinic network. The ideal candidate has a strong data-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to optimize campaigns while managing external agencies to achieve measurable results.
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Scottsdale, AZ.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms.
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies , ensuring alignment with Pinnacle’s goals and deadlines.
- Drive lead generation and conversion efforts , focusing on maximizing inbound call volume for the call center.
- Analyze performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROI) and adjust strategies for optimal efficiency.
- Collaborate with national clinics to tailor marketing strategies to their specific needs.
- Integrate paid advertising efforts with SEO strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize technical expertise to connect source tracking from campaigns to conversions .
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support marketing and lead generation initiatives.
