About the Role
The Patient Experience Supervisor is a key role for those passionate about guiding fertility patients on their journey to parenthood. In this role, you will engage with patients throughout their experience while leading a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional care and service.
We are seeking a Patient Experience Superviso r to join our dedicated team at Reproductive Gynecology and Infertility in Akron, OH working Monday-Friday from 7 : 30AM-4 : 00PM . Occasional travel to Cleveland and Canfield clinic is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient patient flow by managing appointments, emails, dashboard messages, patient inquiries, and patient accounts.
- Provide leadership and oversight to the Front Office (FO) team, including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management (coaching, evaluations, corrective actions, and terminations).
- Collaborate with the Executive Director to coordinate front desk scheduling, payroll, and time-off requests to meet clinic needs.
- Manage physician schedules by filling gaps, rescheduling patients, and overseeing the waitlist to ensure a smooth and consistent patient flow.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations by providing training and ensuring accurate patient records, billing, and coding practices.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Position Requirements
High school diploma required.
Leadership in office management, hiring, and team development.

Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
