We are looking for a qualified candidate to work as a full-time Lead BMC Remedy / Helix Service Desk Professional with experience for a Government client in Washington, District of Columbia.
Must be a BMC Certified Professional or ITIL v4 Managing Professional
Minimum Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
- Minimum four (4) years of experience administering, maintaining, and developing BMC Helix IT Service Management Software.
