Title: Sales Manager
Location: Westland, MI
Type: Perm Role
Pay Range: 100K -120K Annually
Must Have: Technical background in die casting and/or mold release, management/leadership experience
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Chemistry
- 3 years' of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Mold Release and/or Die Casting Experience Needed
- Technical experience and/or Chemistry Degree
Pay Range: 100K -120K Annually
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
