Pinnacle Home Improvements is one of the largest home improvement companies in the southeast and are currently looking to add to our administrative team in our Alpharetta, GA location. We are professional, customer-centric, and fun. Our goal is to cultivate a positive and productive work environment that provides upward growth opportunities and gives employees the ability to develop meaningful skills. 

This position requires effectively handling inbound calls and administrative duties. Must be a people person who enjoys helping customers and team members. Part of the duties will be to assist our production / installation team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Answering a four-line phone system and transferring calls or messages to the appropriate department.
  • Creating customer files and sending out warranty documents
  • Data Entry, scan and upload documents, and contacting clients to schedule and follow-up on installation schedules.
  • Effectively handle calls from customers to assist with their needs or concern.
  • Communicate with corporate office in regards to customers and jobs.
  • Inventory management and ordering office supplies as needed. 
  • Any other request or assignment made by management

Requirements include but are not limited to:

  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Organized and Detailed
  • Excellent verbal skills and written communication
  • Upbeat and positive attitude
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize
  • CRM and DocuSign experience preferred
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and reliable

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift, 9-5
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience handling busy phone system and administrative office duties
  • Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
