Front Desk/ Night Auditor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent and Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operation during the night shift. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have a passion for guest relations, making every visitor feel welcome and valued.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform night audit duties, including balancing daily transactions and preparing financial reports.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively.
• Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages as necessary.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
• Experience in front desk operations within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems.
• Knowledge of night audit procedures is an advantage but not required; training will be provided.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high service standards.
