  • Supervise banquet servers, bartenders, and support staff during events, ensuring proper setup, service, and breakdown.
  • Communicate event details with the Banquet Manager, Culinary team, and other relevant departments.
  • Ensure all banquet spaces are properly set up according to banquet event orders (BEOs), including table settings, décor, and AV needs.
  • Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Interact with guests professionally, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor banquet staff on service standards, policies, and safety procedures.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work environment, ensuring all equipment is properly handled and stored.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, liquor laws, and health regulations.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations, documenting feedback and reporting issues to management.
  • Assist with inventory control, ensuring proper storage and tracking of banquet supplies.
  • Other duties as assigned
