Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues with a focus on efficiency and quality.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Document issues and solutions in our ticketing system.
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of IT systems.
- Collaborate with team members to solve complex technical problems.
Qualifications:
- CompTIA A certification is a major plus; Network certification is even better.
- At least 2 years of IT support experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, basic networking, and common IT hardware/software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
