- Process or Program Manager - Open Source & Vulnerability Management
- Identify areas for improvement in existing DevSecOps processes and drive initiatives to enhance software delivery efficiency, reduce costs, and increase compliance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (DevSecOps, Architects, and others) to implement policies, gather feedback, and ensure processes meet the needs of all stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all policies, procedures, and changes, and prepare reports for management on process effectiveness and compliance.
- Provide training and support to developers to ensure understanding and adherence to SDLC policies and procedures.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication of new and updated policies/processes across the organization, using various platforms to reach all stakeholders effectively.
- Must have a customer service/support mindset
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Understanding of software development practices, including Open Source nuances.
- Experience in Process/Change/Policy Management.
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, Excel, Gitlab, Visio or similar workflow design tools.
- Knowledge of .Net or any programming language
- Basic understanding of Software security, Open Source Compliance and License Policies.
- Experience with data analytics tools, ex., Tableau, PowerBI.
