Location - 100% Remote but need candidates to be in PST time zone
Duration - Contract to Hire Opportunity
Pay Range : $110,000-$130,000
We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Project Manager to oversee software development projects while occasionally contributing code themselves. As a Software Project Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring successful project delivery, from inception to completion. You will work closely with various contributors and stakeholders, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables throughout the software development life cycle.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage software development projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or obstacles that arise.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication throughout the project.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Implement and maintain best practices, tools, and methodologies to optimize project efficiency.
- Facilitate post-project evaluations, capturing lessons learned and recommending process improvements.
- Foster a collaborative, positive team environment that encourages continuous improvement and professional growth.

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision as well as 401K contributions
