Our Event Sales team play a crucial role in supporting our sales force, increasing revenue, and ensuring seamless execution of our events. This role involves a blend of sales activities, client relationship management, and event logistics coordination.
Event Sales Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with accurate and reliable information using given tools and training
- Building strong customer relationships, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Constructing and delivering captivating presentations and demonstrations to highlight product features and benefits.
- Maintain high compliance levels for our clients and personal brand by maintaining professionalism throughout customer interactions and sale process
- Greet customers and efficiently answer any specific questions they might have pertaining to products and services
- Analyze customer concerns and recommend appropriate solutions
- Be at the forefront of event strategy goals including but not limited to: acquisition, retention, and increased sales by cultivating an outstanding customer experience
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of all client’s products, services, deals or sales promotions to ensure the customer is well informed
Please Note : This is not a remote position. All candidates must reside in the Portland/ Beaverton area and have access to reliable transportation
Event Sales Assistant Requirements:
- Must be at least 18
- Experience in previous event, branding, customer service, retail, or sales positions are preferred - but not required
- Self-starter with the ability to shine individually as well as team projects
- Friendly, outgoing, professional and confident demeanor
- Ambitious, eager, and enthusiastic to take on new challenges
- Master problem solver and solution oriented in tough situations
- Team player with a desire to collaborate efficiently with others
