Pinnacle Oil is a fully integrated, independent lubricant manufacturer and packager located in Park 100 on the Northwest side of Indianapolis. Started in 1987, Pinnacle is rapidly expanding and needs additional Team Members to reach its strategic growth goals.
The Custodial Associate is responsible for but not limited to maintaining the cleanliness of the facility. The custodial associate will complete their assigned tasks by operating and maintaining various cleaning equipment while adhering to all customer, internal and regulatory policies, and procedures. The custodial associate is expected to follow supervisor instructions and to work as a team with all production team members.
Schedule
We are currently seeking a custodial associate to join our team
First shift schedule is 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday through Friday
Second shift schedule is from 4:30pm to 1:00am Monday through Friday
Work Performed
· Operating floor scrubbing equipment
· Washing and disinfecting all washroom floors, toilets, toilet seats and fixtures
· Replenishing toilet tissue and soap as needed
· Emptying all waste baskets and garbage cans
· Mopping oil spills
· Utilizing the garbage compactor
· Performing other related duties as required
Qualifications & Work Experience Requirements
· Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, products and equipment
· Knowledge of the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System
· Ability to read and understand labels and instructions particularly on the use and application of cleaning chemicals and products
· Effective verbal and listening communications skills
· Must be fluent in English
· Time Management Skills
