PAVING CREW SKILLED EQUIPMENT OPERATORS
Asphalt paving company seeking highly experienced asphalt paving crew and equipment operators.
Pay: $25 per hour plus, based on experience
Schedule:
- Full Time
- Monday Through Friday
- Overtime and Weekends When Necessary
- Early Start Times (4AM-5AM)

Responsibilities:
- Operate various equipment including skid steer, blade, rollers, and paver.
- Complete assigned jobs in a timely manner
- Problem solve if issues arise on job site
- Troubleshoot and repair paving equipment
Qualifications:
- Arizona Driver's License with Clean Driving Record
- At least 2 years of experience on a paving crew, including demo, grading, and paving.
- Must be able to operate heavy equipment, including blade, skid steer, paver and roller.
- Seal coat and concrete experience a plus
- Strong Work Ethic
- Strong Sense of Time Management and Efficiency Awareness
- Ability to Communicate with Management, Co-Workers, and Customers in a Professional Manor
- Ability to Work as Part of a Team
- Ability to Maintain a Safe Work Environment
- Ability to Work in a Variety of Weather Conditions, Including Heat, Cold, Wind, Rain, and Dust
Physical Demands:
- Ability to Work in a Variety of Weather Conditions, Including Heat, Cold, Wind, Rain, and Dust
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Setting that Requires Standing, Walking, Bending, Kneeling, Crouching, and Stooping All Day
- Ability to Lift and Move Heavy Items
- Ability to Work in Loud Environments
