Role Overview: 

As our Regional Account Manager - North (RAM) your mission is to drive new business, cultivate existing relationships, and ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the lifecycle of their engagement with us. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales: Build and manage a dynamic book of business, leveraging prospecting, relationship nurturing, and closing skills.
  • Customer Engagement: Travel to customer sites for sales, site surveys, and operational tasks, ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
  • Manage Pipeline: Utilize Salesforce.com CRM to track and report on your customer pipeline, driving volume and margin goals.
  • Support Marketing: Follow up on leads and execute customer events to boost visibility and engagement.
  • Liaison Role: Act as the bridge between Pinnacle Propane and your customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.

Essential Competencies:

  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade, influence, and engage effectively at all levels.
  • Innovation: Creative problem-solving and proactive mindset to find optimal solutions.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to respond to changing circumstances and meet evolving customer needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Skilled in managing a sales pipeline and achieving targets.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in B2B Sales with proven success in managing business relationships and meeting goals.
  • Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and effective communication.
  • Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of the Oil and Gas sector is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Salary Sales Commission: Competitive base salary with commission potential exceeding $40k annually.
  • Company Vehicle: Provided for business use.

Travel Requirements: 

  • Full-Time Remote: Based in Irving, TX but must reside within the assigned region. (Kansas City Area)
  • Travel: Approximately 75% travel required to effectively meet goals.
