Responsibilities :
- Operate Frontend Loaders
- Operate Excavators
- Operate Dozers
- Operate Graders
- Operate Haul Trucks
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time / budget
- Lead, mentor, and manage a crew of construction workers and equipment operators
- Coordinate with Project Managers, superintendents, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Interpret and execute construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free worksite.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and toolbox talks to ensure compliance with OSHA company standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve site issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
