Job Title: Business Intelligence Systems Administrator Collibra
Location: Remote (Must Reside in Texas)
Duration: 6 Months (Contract-to-Hire Potential)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Systems Administrator to join the team supporting Frost s data governance and analytics platforms. This role requires hands-on administration experience with the Collibra Data Governance tool, as well as strong foundational knowledge in Linux systems and Kubernetes orchestration.
This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in Texas or be willing to relocate before starting.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and support the Collibra Data Governance platform, including configuration, user access, workflows, and integrations
Work closely with data governance, analytics, and IT teams to ensure optimal system performance and alignment with business needs
Manage system health, performance, patching, and upgrades within a Linux environment
Implement and maintain containerized deployments using Kubernetes
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly while ensuring system reliability and scalability
Create documentation for configurations, best practices, and user guides
Must-Have Qualifications:
Hands-on admin experience with Collibra Data Governance Tool
Strong Linux administration experience
Kubernetes knowledge and experience
Must be based in Texas or willing to relocate prior to start
Must be able to convert to full-time without the need for sponsorship within 3 6 months
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with data governance best practices
Experience working with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) in support of data platforms
Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation and system management
