Job Title: Enterprise ERP Program Manager
Location: Onsite in Billerica, MA (4 days onsite per week)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise ERP Program Manager with extensive experience in ERP implementations, project management, and leading cross-functional teams. This role will focus on managing the implementation of ERP systems in a matrixed, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full lifecycle of ERP implementations, from initiation to post-implementation support.
Manage interdependencies, resources, schedules, and budgets in a matrixed environment.
Lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful project delivery within time, budget, and scope.
Drive strategic planning, resource planning, and problem-solving activities for large-scale ERP programs.
Utilize Smartsheets for managing resources, schedules, and budgets, ensuring effective tracking and communication.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.
Manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying and resolving them to ensure smooth project execution.
Provide regular project updates to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and clear communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree (required).
PMP certification (required).
15 years of project management experience, with at least 7 years in program management.
Minimum of 7 years of experience overseeing ERP implementations from initiation to post-implementation support.
At least 5 years of experience managing resources within a complex, matrixed environment.
5 years of client or patient-focused experience.
Strong skills in resource and capacity planning, budgeting, problem-solving, strategic planning, and quality management at the program level.
5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
Advanced proficiency with Smartsheets for managing project resources, schedules, and budgets.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with healthcare ERP projects, particularly managing full-cycle ERP implementations in healthcare settings (e.g., Infor, Oracle, SAP).
Bio-tech knowledge, including familiarity with bio-tech operational processes, such as supply chain and finance.
