Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Performance Test Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing performance testing strategies, ensuring quality across various products and product lines. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in performance, load, stress, and spike testing, and will play a key role in driving testing procedures, best practices, and collaborating across teams.

Mandatory Skills:

• Test Planning & Execution: Experience writing detailed test plans, test cases, and test conditions to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Performance Testing: Proficiency in executing performance, load, stress, and spike testing to assess the stability and scalability of applications.
• Collaboration & Mentoring: Ability to mentor and collaborate with other testers on test procedures, processes, and best practices.
• Cross-Functional Teamwork: Experience working closely with Development, Product Marketing, and QA Test Leadership to develop effective test approaches and strategies.
• Task Management: Skilled in executing long-duration tasks and assignments, ensuring the project schedule, resources, and quality requirements are met.
• Defect Tracking: Experience logging and tracking defects using designated tracking systems and tools.
• Reviews & Feedback: Actively participate in peer reviews and provide constructive feedback for process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Write comprehensive test plans, test cases, and conditions to ensure that products meet high-quality standards.
• Execute various types of performance tests (load, stress, spike) to evaluate system performance under different conditions.
• Mentor junior testers and work collaboratively to ensure best practices are followed in test execution and defect tracking.
• Partner with Development, Product Marketing, and QA teams to develop the most efficient and effective test strategies.
• Ensure timely execution of long-duration tasks to meet project deadlines while maintaining high quality.
• Log, track, and resolve defects efficiently, ensuring continuous improvement in product quality.

• Participate in team and external reviews to improve processes and testing outcomes.
