Location: Miramar, FL 33027 (Onsite 4x a week)

Job Description:
RCCL is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will play a critical part in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders to analyze, document, and optimize business and technical processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze deliverables such as Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Application Context Diagrams, and technical documents to create comprehensive business and technical process flows.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to collect, clarify, and document requirements, process flows, and data interactions.
- Evaluate existing workflows to ensure completeness and accuracy, identifying risks and working with stakeholders to address them before implementation.
- Develop Context Diagrams showcasing system/application interfaces and Business Process Models.
- Identify and present alternative solutions, facilitating discussions to select optimal approaches.
- Create and document baseline process documentation to establish a foundation for stakeholder discussions.
- Utilize enterprise architecture diagrams and business controls for effective analysis.
- Leverage expertise in cloud-based data architecture (e.g., Snowflake, CCaaS, Conversational AI) and telecom platforms (BSS/OSS, Framework, Open Digital Architecture).
- Apply Agile methodologies to support deliverables and project timelines.
- Engage in creative problem-solving and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Build strong client relationships and communicate effectively across teams.
- Accurately document business and technical requirements with clarity and consistency.
- Bonus: Experience with Contact Center operations is a plus.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in technical environments.
- Strong understanding of business and technical process flows, data interactions, and system architectures.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake, CCaaS, and Conversational AI.
- Familiarity with telecom platforms (BSS/OSS, Framework, Open Digital Architecture).
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and associated deliverables.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work onsite in Miramar, FL (4 days a week).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with Contact Center systems and operations.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture diagrams and business controls.
- Knowledge of additional data architecture and telecom technologies is a plus.
