Position: Telecom Administrator
Location: Hybrid - Denver, CO (MUST BE LOCAL)

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:
- FEDRamp Standards: General knowledge required.
- SQL: Basic familiarity with SQL, with 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Data Analysis: Basic data analysis techniques, with 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Lumen/CenturyLink: Familiarity with their systems and operations.
- AWS S3 Cloud Storage: 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Telephone Call Routing Systems: Fundamental understanding, with 4 to 6 years of experience.
- Call Center Systems: Knowledge of call center systems (preferably Genesys), with 4 to 6 years of experience.
- Interactive Voice Response (IVR): Experience with IVR systems.
- Call Flow and Call Routing: Expertise in designing and managing call flows and routing.
- Commercial Phone Systems: Familiarity and operational knowledge.
- Emergency Outage Protocols: Familiarity with handling and managing outages.
- Communication Skills:
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various partners and stakeholders.
- Ability to translate technical information for audiences with varying levels of technical understanding.
