We are seeking an experienced Workday Benefits Specialist to support our enterprise-level operations. This role involves working in a hybrid setting, requiring expertise in Workday applications, benefits processes, and extensive file testing. Candidates with healthcare industry experience are highly preferred.
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:
- Workday Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of Workday applications and their functionality.
- Experience with open enrollment processes and general business events (e.g., new hires, transfers, terminations).
- Proficiency in configuring and processing business process rules.
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs).
- Strong report-writing capabilities.
- Expertise in file testing, file comparisons, and managing multiple interfaces in benefits-related projects.
- Interpersonal and Collaboration Skills:
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with healthcare industry processes and standards.
- Prior experience in large/enterprise-level environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute benefits-related business processes within Workday.
- Perform thorough testing and validation of file interfaces, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Configure and maintain Workday business process rules to meet organizational needs.
- Develop and deliver custom reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to streamline operations.
- Provide guidance and support during open enrollment and other benefit cycles.
