- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and computerized
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Assist with medical receptionist duties if needed
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage phone systems and direct calls appropriately
- Handle front desk responsibilities with professionalism
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for effective communication with diverse clients
Skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage office tasks effectively
- Proficiency in computerized systems and software applications
- Experience with filing systems, both physical and digital
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic accounting functions
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is beneficial
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
- Ability to operate phone systems and manage calls professionally
