We are starting a national search for our next brilliant Experiential Strategy Director . The Experiential Strategy Director will be the strategic lead on juicy projects. They will support both (and equally) the creative and account teams in pursuing new business, new capabilities, and big ideas. They’ll work collaboratively with clients, creative and account teams to lead discovery / Q&A sessions, develop the team’s POV on the opportunity, and craft a compelling strategy and creative brief creative that will inform and drive powerful and engaging storytelling rooted in strong experiential. They’ll research the client and their competitive landscape, immerse in their brand, listen to what they are saying and develop the strategy to win the project / opportunity.
We are open to a remote role or a position within one of our locations.
Some nuts and bolts about the job :
- Develop and present a POV on various client / prospect opportunities (brand, product, competitive, etc.)
- Unearth opportunities for new capabilities and drive storytelling to integrate new capabilities into Pinnacle’s portfolio
- Source new and freelance team members to support broadening portfolio of work
- Provide research, insights, and strategic direction on projects
- Translate client challenges into strategy-based opportunities and brief internal teams on the approach
- Ability to travel up to 40% of time
- Optimize performance of studio staff, resources and freelance network Oversee total strategy process : establish approach, drive conceptualization, and ensure pull through into client deliverables
- Facilitate project sharing, brainstorming, peer reviews and collaboration
- Partner with Pinnacle leadership, sales, and creative teams to prioritize project opportunities and set deadlines
- Keep current of trends in experiential marketing and exhibit design
