Lead requirement gathering with the business
This is being driven by REGs that the bank has. Work well under pressure, speak to senior leadership (SVP’s), capture reqs, ask questions based on what the engineers need to know, asking probing questions, understanding what the systems are & how they work
Requirements- strong GRC (Archer preferred)
The Archer team is all in Michigan, 2 days/week. Potential for direct hire conversion.
Preferred- automation testing (not required), they aren’t following automation testing right now
Challenge- someone good with QA or BA, not hybrid with both, a lot of requirements were missed
Focused on- GRC: Archer
They are going a lot of work with RCSA- risk & control self-assessment, management modeled built & are building, issues management, BCDR, third party risk, ops loss, REG change management, policy management, metrics/KRI’s

Facilitating evaluation of business requirements for business application integration, service activation, delivering new or modified software systems enhancements. Experience in the development of scope, goals, objectives and business and system requirements while ensuring complete traceability to project objectives. Drive end-to-end production support incident management which includes identification of impacted areas/applications, coordinating client engagement and communication and driving the completion of root cause analysis
