Construction Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. This role requires effective leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes.

Duties

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and schematics.
• Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam, Primavera, Civil 3D, ProCore, and Prolog for project management and documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and review contracts with vendors and subcontractors to ensure clarity in project scope and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and regulatory agencies.
• Address any issues or delays that arise during the construction process promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of project progress, changes in scope, and any unforeseen circumstances.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management with a strong understanding of building processes.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics to effectively manage project requirements.
• Familiarity with construction management software such as Bluebeam, Primavera, Civil 3D, ProCore, or Prolog is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance.
• Knowledge of contract management principles is preferred.
• A degree in Construction Management or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
