Our San Bruno studio is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Studio Manager to join our team and support daily operations while bringing creativity and organization to our events!
Key Responsibilities:
Studio Operations: Assist the Studio Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth events.
Artist Scheduling & Calendar Management: Help coordinate artist schedules and create monthly painting calendars.
Social Media Marketing: Assist with content creation, posting, and engagement on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Learn to Paint! Be eager to develop basic painting skills to better assist artists and customers during classes.
Event Preparation & Studio Support: Help set up and break down events, manage supplies, and maintain a welcoming studio environment.
Customer Experience: Greet guests, provide excellent customer service, and ensure they have a fantastic time!

Creative & Organized: A love for art and attention to detail.
Social Media Savvy: Experience with Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok marketing is a plus.
Team Player: Willing to learn and assist in different aspects of the business.
Flexible Schedule: Availability during regular business hours with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Energetic & Friendly: A positive attitude and passion for customer service.
Basic computer skills and internet knowledge
Public speaking or performance skills (comfortable speaking on a microphone)
Time management and communication skills
Must have a reliable means of transportation
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Alcohol Server and Food Handler Certificates (if you don't have, we will pay for your training)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
