Job Description Summary:
Pinpoint is seeking a detail-oriented, professional, experienced, and motivated individual with a history of success and a passion for how great marketing and ideas can create meaningful connections between consumers, companies, and brands. As an installation specialist you will be responsible for the installation of a variety of projects, including stadium branding, event activations, wall murals, vehicle graphics, displays, signage, permanent builds, and more. This role also includes extended travel, equipment and vehicle maintenance scheduling, and supporting production and fabrication teams during non-installation periods.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Execute installations across various projects, including internal installations and off-site installations, both in-state and out-of-state
- Conduct detailed site surveys when required to ensure project readiness
- Adapt to project demands and client needs by leveraging a wide range of skills related to signage fabrication, installation, events, and finishing
- Schedule and oversee maintenance for company vehicles and installation equipment, maintaining accurate service logs
- Collaborate with production and fabrication teams by operating equipment and assembling projects as needed
- Stay current on industry trends, products, substrates, installation techniques, and technology
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Identify and resolve any project issues promptly and professionally
Skills and requirements needed to succeed:
- Minimum 2 years of installation experience, including vehicle graphics, vinyl applications, murals and signs
- Avery Certified or similar is preferred. Additional sign-on bonus for 3m certified
- Experience with standard hand and power tools
- Willingness to travel for long periods of time and work nights and weekends as needed
- Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred
- Ability to provide creative yet practical solutions to problems on the on-job site
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment that requires rapid turn-around times and focus
- Ability to work in high elevated environments efficiently and comfortably
- Ability to easily lift 60lbs
- OSHA 10 Certified, lift operator certified, and DOT medical card
- Must have a clean driving record with the capability to drive a company vehicle
- Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy and exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Must have a positive and professional attitude with high energy, yet level-headed personality with a “can-do” attitude
